this is the second official patch for skyrim to include the dawnguard and dragonborn dlcs. the first patch was a minimal update which only included the dawnguard and dragonborn dlcs, and fixed all bugs. it was made available on the 19th of january, 2015. this patch includes all 3 dlcs, and is recommended if you have all 3 dlcs.

as was mentioned in the release notes, this patch also contains a bug fix for some of the armors from dawnguard and dragonborn dlcs. these armors are now unaffected by the respective armor type modifiers.

you can now use the console to move, equip, enchant, or do other stuff on items. this is for any items, not just weapons or armor. the console commands are: move: movinventory equip: seletextra enchant: seletextra use: seletextra mana: seletextra defeat: seletextra kill: seletextra armor: seletextra weapon: seletextra after the patch you can type in: help or use a and read about the console commands. if you are an modder, you can use this to test or to create new script commands. if you are a player, you can use this to easily add new commands to the console.

others are still having issues downloading it, and the file is still not available in the downloads at www.esp.net. it’s currently unlisted, but i’ve copied the url for it below, and it is easy to try.
