The kind of humour we have in these kind of films are the kind that is aimed at the Dad’s Apple. The Dad’s Apple is the kind of humour that a Dad would make up to embarrass his kids, but at least he would make some attempt at trying to make it funny. And then it is presented to you as some kind of wisdom or revelation.
