10.3 internet access. the software is designed to work with internet access, and will automatically connect to the internet, and to communicate with stellar website and domain for purposes such as license validation and providing information to licensee.
10.4 license expiration. unless otherwise specified in sections 10.5 through 10.7, the software will expire at midnight of the last day of the validity period of the license, or at the end of the license term, whichever is earlier.
10.5 customer cancellation. if licensee cancels its subscription to the software, licensee may immediately download all previously acquired software licenses for all stellar products that are owned or licensed by customer, at no charge to licensee.
10.7 license term exceptions. the software shall continue to operate with the same features, functionality and quality of the software, as such software has been since originally released, except as modified by the release of new versions of the software, and except as required by law or government rule. however, the software may be changed or modified at any time by stellar in its sole discretion.
