the best thing about jackie chan stuntmaster is that youll get to be the jackie chan character. youll be able to perform many of the stunts the character does in the movie, such as jumping through, over, and through the air, rolling like a ball, flipping over, and doing many more cool things. youre given a large selection of moves, including kicks, punches, punches, and kicks. the game also lets you pick different moves that you can add to your repertoire. players can use items to add to their attacks or use them to their advantage. you can pick up a sign, a rock, a trash can, a car tire, or a building and use them to gain the upper hand on your opponent. you can also pick up a bottle or a crate, and use it as a weapon. youll be able to kick, punch, and roll to your advantage as well as jump and use items as weapons.
the game begins with jackie in a cave, with a man working on a machine. after the man finishes it, he starts to scream and yell in pain. jackie soon hears the man screaming and runs over to him to see what is wrong. jackie finds the man is a bear which is causing the machine to get stuck. while the bear is slamming the machine, jackie runs over to break it with his punches and kicks. after the bear is subdued, the man starts to scream again and he moves over to jackie. its then that jackie realizes the man is actually his grandfather, and that a gang of thugs kidnapped him. jackie decides to help his grandfather get back his life, and starts his adventure. this is only the beginning of the game. theres 15 levels, all that lead up to one final boss fight.
