since the first day i installed windows 10, my laptop has been freezing. there are times when i have to hard reboot my laptop. i have tried to change a setting on the windows to “windows” is faster, but the problem hasn’t been solved.
i have windows 7 on my computer and i can’t connect to the internet. i have tried using the windows update and it says that i have all the updates but my connection won’t work. i have tried resetting my router and that didn’t work. i have called my isp and they said that everything is fine on my end. i’m a software developer and i need my internet to work. i can’t download anything and i can’t even go to my bank’s website. please help!
first off, i am not an ms windows user. i was one of the first to jump ship, the beginning of 2007, when xp was made available on the official web-site. i believe that was the beginning of my undoing with microsoft. i saw the decline in their security, i saw them killing off the competition, i saw them ignoring the consumer. i saw them doing what they do best, spying on their consumers, and more importantly, on me. i also saw that they wanted to kill us users, and i got out. i tried linux for a few years, but i am a power user, and linux was nothing to me. then the os market came out with the ipad and the iphone and it was over for me. i thought that apple had it right. i made the switch, and it has been a great experience, at least so far. now that the systems are coming out with uefi secure boot, i am back on the fence. i will probably wait a bit and see what happens. but, i am for sure sticking with apple.
