geovision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages (including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses) arising out of or relating to the use of the products.
you may not recover lost or damaged data or loss of any data or private data or other informational content from a product or its branding or service network. you may not reinstall any application software or the application sw. you may not re-install the geovision products or other products to which the product was attached and performance considerations caused because it was attached to another product. other disclaimers may apply.
product must be returned to geovision when you receive notice from geovision that product is not covered by the limited warranty and/or with proof of purchase and if product is damaged. see www.geovision.com/support/warranty/support.aspx for further guidelines.
all geovision products are covered by the limited warranty only while in the original geovision box with original packaging, and a valid proof of purchase and/or serial number card or license. all geovision products covered by the limited warranty must be shipped directly to geovision at our retail store, www.geovision.com or to our technical support center at our office located at 1125 w. park blvd. suite 300 indianapolis, in 46202 at the address shown below for replacement or repair under the limited warranty. you may contact our technical support center at 800-944-5764, monday-friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm central time.
all geovision products covered by the limited warranty are covered under the limited warranty only during the term of the warranty as set forth in the geovision warranty. geovision reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or credit equal to the total purchase price. geovision shall have no liability for any damage to or loss of any other item(s) shipped by you in conjunction with a geovision product covered under this limited warranty.
