The KEYMACRO macro is a little-known and mostly forgotten feature, which I found by accident.
One of the most important components of a PC are the keys on the keyboard.
Naturally, the easier to use a computer, the easier it is to use it.
The traditional way of enabling keyboard shortcuts is by right-clicking on the selected item, choosing “Edit Shortcut” and creating a new shortcut.
But, what if you want to enable a shortcut for a program, which does not have a right-click option?
This is where the KEYMACRO comes into play.
The KEYMACRO macro is a hidden feature, which allows you to create keyboard shortcuts for any application.
The KEYMACRO macro is very similar to the SHIFT+F4 keyboard shortcut, but also has a “press enter” variant, for selecting only that option.
To get started, open Notepad, type the following into the empty Notepad window:

Save the file as you like, then open your computer’s Control Panel, select “Programs,” then “See all programs,” and press “Start search.”
Find the name of the file you just created, click once, then press the “A” key.
A dialog will appear, asking if you want to “install” the file.
Click “Yes.”
The Keymacro will now be set, and the “Press Enter” option enabled.

Open the application you want to have keyboard shortcut for, then click on its icon.
It is a good idea to have the original shortcut for the program you have set in step 2, in case you lose access to the shortcut that has already been created.
Simply click on the shortcut you created, and use the new shortcut that appeared, which is a combination of the original shortcut with the name of your new shortcut.

Here is an example of how you can set a keyboard shortcut for Notepad.
Open Notepad, then click on its icon.
Click on the “File,” “Edit,” “Select all,” “Copy,” and “Paste” icons, and use the following shortcuts:
* “X” + “F4” : Opens “File” dialog box.
