since 5.0-994, dolphin has a vast number of improvements. it now supports openbts, it has been greatly optimized and has a new bluetooth stack. the code can be downloaded from the dolphin web site, and the new bluetooth stack can be downloaded from the dolphin web site. this is a major release and the new features are described in detail in dolphin 5.0-994 beta 1 release notes. there are also some major interface changes discussed in that release notes.
since 5.0-994, there are multiple fixes to the bluetooth stack. as this is a major change to the wireless stack, there are a large number of changes. this may cause issues with certain bluetooth adapters, and as such we have made a major set of changes to the bluetooth stack. this set of changes can be downloaded from the dolphin web site, however if you are experiencing issues with bluetooth please go to the tracker in our forums to discuss the issue you are having.
if you would like to report issues you are having with the driver, please search for the issue in our forums. if you have a windows 7 machine, and are having issues with the driver, please go to the serial port page and select windows 7 as the operating system. this is because the serial port driver may be different for windows 7. if you have any issues, please report them in our forums and someone will be sure to respond.
this is a 2-step process.
1. download the main files by clicking on the link above, and install the files. for detailed instructions regarding dolphin device updates, please visit our manuals page
2. after the main files are installed on devices, contact cts customer support at svc-admincoloradotime.com or call 970-667-1000, option 3, for a link to the second set of files. this includes 2 files: one for the dolphin timers and one for the dolphin starter. download these secondary files and install them.

to use the dolphinsystem, you will need to create a new account on the user interface. this account will be used to access the dolphinsystem via an applescript or other script. you will also need to change the email address to the email address set in the dolphinsystem preferences.

the user interface will send a request to dolphin’s server for a token. the token is a url which is used to tell the user interface what your email address is. if you have changed your email address, the token will be invalid. thus the user interface will attempt to send the email address to the server for verification. the server will send back a response with a token that must be entered in the dolphinsystem and will be invalid if the user has changed the email address.
